Daniel Molefe, Ph.D.

Daniel Molefe, Ph. D., joined MacKay & Company as a data analyst in February 2011. He is a statistician with over 15 years experience in applied data analysis, and almost 20 years experience in using statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, and R. Prior to joining MacKay, Dr. Molefe worked as a survey methodologist at NORC where he managed random digit dial survey samples, and at Statistics South Africa where he was responsible for drawing samples for economic statistics. His experience includes providing statistical consulting to university researchers, and teaching statistics to both undergraduate and graduate students from various fields.

Daniel earned a doctoral degree in statistics from Northern Illinois University, and a bachelor's degree in statistics from the University of the Western Cape. He also completed a three-year post-doctoral training at the National Center for Toxicological Research. Besides practicing statistics, Dr. Molefe enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
