Donald Kuntz has been with MacKay & Company since 1991 as Director of Database Services. His primary responsibilities involve MacKay & Company's multi-client DataMac aftermarket monitor and forecast services.
He received BS and MA degrees in Economics from Northern Illinois University in 1975 and 1977, respectively. After several years of corporate business experience, he enrolled in the evening program at The Keller Graduate School of Business and received his MBA in 1987.
Since 1977, Kuntz has been involved in market planning and sales forecasting for companies in the capital equipment and industrial products industries. He started his career as a sales analyst for Clark Equipment Company's transmission division. He subsequently spent five years with FMC's construction equipment group where he was responsible for sales analysis and forecasts for the company's cable crane and hydraulic excavator businesses. Prior to joining MacKay & Company, Kuntz was with CR Industries where he managed the company's OEM market planning functions.
Don's experience in marketing for companies in the equipment industry and knowledge of the technical aspects of data anlaysis fit well with the basic mission of MacKay & Company. That mission is to provide accurate and actionable marketing information to our clients.
