Molly MacKay Zacker

Molly MacKay Zacker (as her name implies) has been involved in this family business since she was old enough to put labels on surveys, type and answer phones. Work at a young age was always not by choice. Now, and by choice, she is MacKay & Company's Operational Manager. In this capacity, she coordinates many behind the scenes activities, manages the Research Department, writes and proof reads reports and presentations and conducts research.

Prior to her most recent tenure with MacKay & Company (which has been for the past 10 years), Molly managed preschoolers and preschool teachers at a small organization in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Prior to this while living in East Lansing, Michigan she was the director of a large child development center with 250 children and 34 staff members. During and directly following her college years, Molly managed a retail store in Baltimore's HarborPlace and was a legal assistant in Baltimore as well.

Molly holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Goucher College in Towson, Maryland and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Molly enjoys spending time with her family - her husband, Dave, and their three children, Ben, Abby and Zoe. Gardening, reading and exercising are all favorite pastimes.
