Survey Data and Methodology
The primary focus of DataMacsurveys is to gather information on truck component usage patterns, replacement types and channel selections. Each survey respondent’s answers are weighted based on the number of power units they operate. The survey results are redistributed by vocation and fleet size so that the distribution and weight of the respondents matches the distribution of the United States vehicle population.
