Individual Client Assignments

Individual client assignments vary from one- or two-day strategy review and planning sessions to complex yearlong, in-depth market research studies. For assignments of any significant duration, a specific proposal is prepared for client approval which details assignment objectives, methodology, timetable and budget.

All client assignments at MacKay & Company are managed on a team basis from assignment inception to completion. Individual staff members usually participate on two or three primary team assignments simultaneously. This generates an effective cross current of ideas between each team and their respective assignments which might not otherwise surface.

Assignments from individual clients most often involve market research or marketing consulting as base activities. Assignments, however, include strategic planning, new product analysis, acquisition studies, distribution system evaluations and a variety of other tasks.
