His roles included sales, operations, and executive level management.

Robert Peter (“Pete”) Joy is an award-winning senior executive, strategist, and industry leader with over 40 years of experience in the global commercial vehicle and heavy-duty aftermarket sector. His career spans executive leadership roles in multinational manufacturing organizations, strategic consulting engagements, and high-impact industry leadership initiatives across North America and Europe.
Pete served as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Strategic Advisor at Phillips Industries, where he has played a central role in shaping corporate strategy, global expansion, and leadership development since 2010. He has supported Phillips through key transformations, including international growth initiatives, organizational evolution, and strategic planning for long-term value creation. He also serves as a Member of the Management Board of Phillips Europe / Phillips Poland, where he helped lead the acquisition and development of the company’s European operations.
