Aftermarket demand for 400+ components on medium duty, heavy duty, motor coaches and transit buses totals nearly $4 billion U.S. dollars in 2018. Demand of components on heavy duty vehicles dominate this market as 46% of vehicles in operation are 15 tons or greater. Heavy duty distributors capture approximately one-third of total parts sales with independent garages garnering nearly the same percentage. Dealers, unlike in the U.S. where they dominate this market, enjoy 21%. Want to learn more?
